We counsel our clients on attachment and perfection strategies under the UCC across multiple jurisdictions to maximize a client’s priority in business assets and other collateral. VAB has extensive experience in negotiating and documenting workouts, forbearances, and other loan modifications on behalf of lenders. If work-out fails and litigation ensues, VAB’s commercial litigation group brings proven experience litigating in state and federal court.
