Experience

Hilary concentrates her practice in the firm’s Management-Side Employment Practice Group. She defends public and private employers against a wide array of employment claims, including those alleging Title VII discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and hostile work environment in both state and federal courts. Her practice spans all stages of litigation, including drafting of pleadings and motions, managing complex discovery, taking and defending depositions, and arguing dispositive motions.

As a member of VAB’s Financial Services Litigation team, Hilary assists VAB’s clients in enforcing and protecting their rights as creditors. Hilary is also a member of the firm’s Investigations & Compliance Practice Group and has experience investigating complex allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and ethical violations for public and private clients.

Prior to joining Valentine Austriaco & Bueschel, Hilary worked as an Associate on Complex Commercial Litigation matters at Honigman LLP.
